Hello, my name is Destinee Mangum, and I have been dedicated to working with children for over 10 years. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting children in various settings, including summer camps, daycares, classrooms, clinics, and homes. I find joy in creating opportunities for children to participate in fun activities, including games, dance breaks, and educational exercises all while keeping them safe! My experience encompasses working with children from the age of 2 to teenagers, and I have developed a particular expertise in supporting children with autism in both school and home environments. With a background in Applied Behavior Analysis and holding an RBT certificate since 2020, i am also continuing my education to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I am committed to helping children succeed and have a great time every day. Hi, I am Caroline Woodring and I have over 7 years of childcare experience, starting at the age of 14 when I earned my CPR/First Aid certification through a Red Cross babysitting class. I began babysitting for families in my community in Nashville, Tennessee, where I grew up and graduated from high school. After a semester studying Elementary Education at Murray State University, I moved to Florida to join the Disney College Program, which gave me the opportunity to engage with children on a whole new level. In addition to my work with Disney, I have experience working in two different daycare settings, starting in my senior year of high school and continuing until I moved to Florida. I also volunteered at the daycare within my school, which helped me further develop my skills. One of my most meaningful experiences was working one-on-one with a child who was blind, as it was especially significant to me due to a close friendship with a blind peer during school. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, and have gained experience supporting kids with Autism and other mental health disorders.
