Alexus Williams

I am outgoing, passionate, I have great work ethic, and I love people (especially kids)! I have lots of experience with kids, including babysitting for friends, family, and coworkers. Also, working in 24 hour care for therapeutic group homes for foster youth. I am now a program supervisor of these therapeutic homes. I ensure all youth are update on health; mentally and physically. I monitor schoolwork , life skills, development, and coping with trauma. I create service plans for youth, trainings, outside activities, therapeutic activities, and also train adults on how to manage behaviors on a day to day basics. I have worked with children in classroom-like settings as an afterschool art program assistant. And worked with City of debary in the sports world with children. Currently, I am in graduate school for business with Human Resources. I attend University of West Florida. I have 45 of DCF training with child welfare , CPR /First aid , and fire safety certified.
